With its open portico, sloping lawns and large swimming pool (11.5 x 5meters, depth 1.20-1.80meters)

it provides an idyllic place to enjoy your holidays in complete privacy and tranquillity.

The house is split on two levels. The ground floor furnished with traditional décor, comprises of an open-plan kitchen/dining and living room. A beautiful central fireplace adds to the cosy and appealing atmosphere.

The ground floor also provides accommodation for 4 people by the way of one large double bedroom and one smaller double bedroom with two bathrooms. A utility room comprising of large sink, washing machine and washing utensils, ironing board, fridge and freezer, leads to the rear of the house.

Four wooden doorways provide exit to the portico and enclosed garden area where you can enjoy relaxing evenings grilling and cooking your own pizza in the rustic pizza oven.

A beautiful stone staircase leads to the upper floor composed of 2 large bedrooms both with its own bathroom.

Both bedrooms are overlooking the garden and Camaiore valley. The first floor also provides access to a large stone terrace overlooking olive groves and the Monte Gabberi.
