Living Area
The ground floor furnished with traditional décor, comprises of an open-plan kitchen/dining and living room. A beautiful central fireplace adds to the cosy and appealing atmosphere.
A utility room comprising of large sink, washing machine and washing utensils, ironing board, fridge and freezer, leads to the rear of the house.
Sleeping Area
The ground floor also provides accommodation for 4 people by the way of one large double bedroom and one smaller double bedroom with two private bathrooms.
Patio and Garden
Four solid wooden doorways provide exit to the patio and enclosed garden area where you can enjoy relaxing evenings grilling and cooking your own pizza in the rustic pizza oven.
Swimming Pool
Large swimming pool (11.5 x 5 meters, depth 1.20-1.80meters) and poolhouse with gym equipment.

Stone Staircase
A stone staircase leads to the upper floor composed of 2 large bedrooms both with their own bathroom. A glass veranda leads to the rear of the garden.
Sleeping Area
Both bedrooms are overlooking the garden and Camaiore valley and both have bathrooms en-suite.

The first floor also provides access to a large glass veranda overlooking olive groves and the Monte Gabberi.
