The prices indicated herein do not include:

• Animals: € 30,00 per week per animal
  
• Any EXTRA cleaning costs requested by the guest € 20.00 per hour

Please note the additional costs (except the extra cleaning costs) will be calculated at reservation time and due at the balance payment. The extra cleaning costs will be due when required.

Cancellation Policy:
Rental amount to be settled in full when booking is confirmed.
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel between 14-30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
