A security deposit of EUR 100 will be requested from the guest upon arrival. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay and upon inspection of the facility.

The prices indicated herein do not include:

• Animals: € 30,00 per week per animal

Tourist Tax
From the 1 June to the 30th September of each year, Turist Tax is applicable herein for a maximum of 7 nights stay.
Minors up to the age of 14 years old and people with severe certified disability are exempted. The Turist Tax is EUR 1.50 per person per day for a maximum of 7 days.

Cancellation Policy:
Rental amount to be settled in full when booking is confirmed.
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel between 14-30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
