DEPOSIT & ADDITIONALS
Deposit & Pets
A security deposit of 100 Euro will be requested from the guest upon arrival. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay and upon inspection of the facility. The prices indicated herein do not include: Animals: 30 Euro per week per animal
Tourist charges
Tourist Tax
From the 1 June to the 30th September of each year, Tourist Tax is applicable herein for a maximum of 7 nights stay. Minors up to the age of 14 years old and people with severe certified disability are exempted. The Tourist Tax is 1.50 Euro per person per day for a maximum of 7 days.
cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Rental amount to be settled in full when booking is confirmed. To recieve a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in, if guests cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, a refund of 50% will be returned. No refund otherwise.

As hosts we would like to ensure that you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. For this reason we kindly ask you to work with us and respect these few house rules: > No smoking indoors > Only registered guests are allowed. Any extra guests have to be notified > Please keep the noise at acceptable levels > Please dispose of the trash in the dedicated garbage bags and bins > No pets are allowed in the pool > In case of damages please report these before you depart Thank you for your understanding.
